Late Arrivals
To ensure we stay on schedule for all guests, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment or have their service adjusted.

Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Right to Refuse Service
Novelty Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients.

Relaxing Atmosphere
To help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment, please keep conversations and phone calls at a respectful volume. We appreciate your consideration for fellow guests.

Personal Belongings
Please keep track of your personal belongings. Novelty Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items, including gift cards.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Nail Service Guarantee
We proudly offer a one-week service guarantee on qualifying nail services. If a repair is needed within seven days of your appointment due to normal wear, we will gladly fix it. Repairs requested after one week will be subject to our regular repair pricing.

Pricing Transparency
Service prices are listed on our menu. Please confirm your desired service and pricing with your nail technician before your appointment begins.

Product Damage
Clients are responsible for the cost of any salon equipment or products damaged during their visit, including accidental damage.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit cards, major credit cards (excluding American Express), and gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

Children
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a relaxing salon environment.
